多层螺旋CT成像对右肺中叶肺段与亚段肺动脉管径的评价

摘    要:目的 探讨多层螺旋CT成像对右肺中叶肺段和亚段肺动脉管径的评估价值.方法 收集254例无心肺疾病的胸部CT增强扫描的影像资料,在多平面重建(MPR)图像上测量右肺中叶肺段和亚段肺动脉管径,先按性别分两组,再按年龄分3组(20~40岁、41~60岁、61~87岁)对数据进行统计学处理.结果 不同性别之间、不同年龄组之间的右肺中叶肺段和亚段肺动脉管径差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同重建方法各有其优越性,MPR重建图像能较好地显示肺段和亚段肺动脉,应用此法测量动脉管径较为准确.结论 多层螺旋CT成像能较好地评价右肺中叶肺段和亚段肺动脉管径,为临床诊断提供参考数据.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diameter of segmental and sub-segmental pulmonary arteries of the right middle lobe using multislice spiral CT angiography. Methods Two handred and fifty-four patients with no cardiac pulmonary diseases were performed with thoracic enhanced CT scans. Different methods for three-dimensional reconstruction imaging were selected in this investigation. The patients were divided into gender groups and three age groups of 20-40 year, 41-60 year, and 61-87 year. The diameter of segmental and sub-segmental pulmonary arteries of the middle right lobe on the MPR images were observed and measured. The obtained data were statistically analyzed. Results There were significant differences of the diameter of pulmonary arteries between the male and the female and among age groups. Different reconstruction methods had their own advantages. MPR reconstruction appeared better as it provided a more accurate evaluation for segmental and sub-segmental pulmonary arteries. Conclusion The imaging of multislice spiral CT can properly evaluate the diameter of segmental and sub-segmental pulmonary arteries of the right middle lobe and provide reference data for clinical diagnosis.
