| 摘 要： | 目的:比较免疫组化和原位杂交在形态学不典型尖锐湿疣病理诊断中的意义。方法:对桂林医学院附属医院2002~2004年37例形态学不典型尖锐湿疣的病例,进行回顾性分析,应用地高辛标记HPV 6/11型探针对其进行检测,发现HPV 6/11( )即确诊为尖锐湿疣。结果:其中免疫组化检测HPV-CA g( )18例,HPV-CA g(-)19例。两种方法比较,原位杂交技术阳性率和阳性细胞数均显著高于免疫组化技术。结论:HPV DNA原位杂交技术在不典型的尖锐湿疣的诊断中具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the significance of immunohistochemical assay(IHC) in diagnosing morphologically atypical condyloma acuminatum with in situ hybridization(ISH).Methods:Retrospective study had been done on 37 cases of skin condyloma acuminatum,which were gathered from the affiliated hospital of Guilin Medical College.All cases HPV type 6 DNA and 11 DNA were positive.There were 18 positive and 19 negative detected by IHC.Results: Compared to IHC,ISH had a higher positive rate and more positive cells in continuous section.Conclusion:These data suggest that ISH has a significant role in diagnosing morphologically atypical condyloma acuminatum. |
