眼睑松弛症合并泪腺脱垂的手术治疗

目的：探讨眼睑松弛症合并泪腺脱垂的病理特征和手术治疗方法.方法：按照切开法重睑成形术设计手术切口.将脱垂的泪腺复位于眶外上方的泪腺窝内,然后酌情去除上睑松弛皮肤和部分眼轮匝肌,以及疝出之眶隔脂肪,并形成满意的重睑形态.另取上睑组织作组织学检查.结果：自2001～2004年,共治疗15例（30只眼）,临床症状明显改善或消失,重睑形态满意.2例（3眼）残留部分泪腺脱垂.组织学检查显示病变区皮下灶性淋巴细胞浸润,弹力纤维断裂崩解.结论：眼睑松弛症的发生与慢性炎症有关,治疗重点是通过手术泪腺复位和行重睑成形术改善眼睑形态.

Cosmetic surgical treatment of blepharochalasis with lacrimal glands prolapse

Objective To study the pathologenesis and to evaluate an operative method of blepharochalasis with lacrimal glands prolapse. Methods A double eyelid fold incision was made. The lacrimal glands were found and repositioned into lacrimal glands fossa behind superolateral orbital rim. Then redundant skin and muscles as well as hernia septal fat were removed. And histological examination were done with upper eyelid tissue. Results 15 patients were successfully treated by the mentioned methods from 2001 to 2004. A good clinical results in both function and appearance were achieved. 2 patients recurred. Histological examination induced lymphocyte infiltrated and dlsatic fibers fractured. Conclusion The occur of blepharochalasis related with chronic inflammation. Effective to treat blepharochalasis through a double eyelid fold incision.
