原发性心脏肿瘤的超声诊断价值及误漏诊分析

目的 评价超声心动图对原发性心脏肿瘤的诊断价值，并结合文献探讨原发性良、恶性以及肿瘤的超声特点，以及其诊断诊断心脏肿瘤误漏诊的原因。方法 对３５例经手术，尸解、电子计算机Ｘ线体层扫描（ＣＴ）、磁共振显像（ＭＲＩ）及病理结果证实的原发性心脏肿瘤患者的超声心动图资料进行分析。结果 通过超声首先发现和诊断心脏肿瘤者占９１．４３％（３２／３５）。患者首次通过超声检查诊断心脏肿瘤的准确率和误漏诊率分别为７１

Signif icance of Echocardiography in Diagnosing Primary Cardiac Tumors andAnalysis of Causes of Misdiagnosis and Missed Diagnosis

Objective To evaluate the significance of echocardiography in diagnosing primary cardiac tumors. Combinedwith documents ,the echocardiographic characteristics of primary benign and malignant tumors and the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis with echocardiography were investigated. OMethods The echocardiographic data of thirty-five casesof primary cardiac tumors which confirmed by operation ,autopsy ,Computer Tomography ,Magnetic Resonance Imaging andpathological examination were analysed. Results 91. 43 % of them (32/ 35) were first discovered and diagnosed by echocardiography. At first time examination ,the correct echocardiographic diagnosing rate and missed and misdiagnosis ratewere 71. 43 % and 28. 57 % respectively. Conclusion Echocardiography is of unique value and superiority in diagnosis ofprimary cardiac tumors. It has great help in assesing benign or malignant characteristics of tumor according to pathologicchanges from echocardiography. Clinicians should be aware of cardiac tumor while echocardiographiers should be cautious indiagnosis.
