白术挥发油对小鼠S180的抑瘤作用及瘤组织凋亡相关基因bcl-2表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨白术挥发油对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑瘤作用及肿瘤凋亡相关基因bcl-2表达的影响;方法荧光免疫组织化学法,通过激光共聚焦显微镜观察并计数表达bcl-2基因的瘤细胞数。结果白术挥发油各剂量组对小鼠S180肉瘤组织具有抑制作用;白术挥发油各剂量组能明显降低小鼠S180肉瘤凋亡相关基因bcl-2的表达。结论白术挥发油可能通过调控肿瘤细胞凋亡相关基因bcl-2的表达而实现抑瘤作用。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the effects of essential oil from rhizoma atractlodis macrocephalae on mice S180 carcinoma and the expression of tumor apoptosis - related gene bel - 2. Methods Fluorescent immnohistochemistry method and laser scanning confocal microscope were applied to observe and count the number of tumor cells that expressed gene hal -2. Results Mice S180 carcinoma tissues were inhibited in each atractlodis essential oil group; the expression of tumor apoptosis - related gene bel - 2 decreased obviously in each atractlodis essential oil group. Conclusion Atractlodis essential oil may realize its tumor inhibiting effect by control the expression of tumor apoptosis - related gene bcl - 2.
