| 摘 要： | 目的:观察养阴益气解毒方治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)气阴两伤证的临床疗效及免疫调节作用。方法:入选52例予养阴益气解毒方配合糖皮质激素治疗,观察治疗3个月前后临床症状、实验室指标及部分免疫指标的变化,与30名健康志愿者进行对照。结果:患者治疗后以口腔溃疡、神疲乏力、失眠等改善最为显著(P<0.001);治疗后系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)明显降低(P<0.001);治疗后血WBC、LY明显上升(P<0.01),血沉(ESR)明显下降(P<0.01);ANA、抗ds-DNA抗体滴度均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),补体C3较治疗前明显升高(P<0.001);治疗前血清TNF-α(P<0.001)、IL-6(P<0.05)、β2-MG(P<0.001)值均明显高于健康对照组,治疗后TNF-α(P<0.001)、IL-6(P<0.05)显著下降。结论:养阴益气解毒法能够明显改善SLE气阴两伤证患者临床症状,改善异常实验室指标,调节免疫功能。
