教学医院护士科研能力现状调查

目的了解三级医院护士科研能力水平状况，为加强护士的科研培训提供资料及依据。方法采用随机整群分层抽样法，运用护士科研能力自评量表对湖北省4所教学医院506名护士进行问卷调查。结果506名护士科研能力自评能力高等水平14名，自评能力一般水平76名，自评能力低等水平416名。506名护士科研能力评价总分最低分为0分，最高分为111分，中位数为29．00分。不同职务、性别、学历的护士科研能力得分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论湖北省教学医院护士科研能力水平较低，需加强统计软件操作能力的培养，尤其是女性、普通护士、低学历护士科研能力的培养。

Investigation on nurses' research competency in teaching hospitals

Objective To investigate the current situation of research ability level of clinical nursing personnel in Hubei Province teaching hospitals, and to provide scientific basis and references for taking the effective measures. Methods This study used the rating scale of nurses＇ scientific research ability to investigate 506 nurses from4 teaching hospitals in Hubei Province. Samples were got by random stratified cluster sampling method. Results The level of scientific research ability of clinical nursing staff in total was high inl4 nurses, medium in 76 nurses and low in 461 nurses; the lowest score was zero, and the highest score was 111 score and the median was 29. Papers writing scores were at medium levels, while the rest of the dimension were in low levels. Relatively speaking, the scores of papers writing were highest while statistical software operating scored lowest. Besides, title, gender and education made the general score in scientific research ability and operating statistical software ability different significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Overall level of research capacity was at low levels, so nurses need further improvement in statistical software operating, especially female, general nurse with low academic qualifications.
