老年高血压患者健康行为自我效能与健康行为的相关性

目的探讨老年高血压患者健康行为自我效能和健康行为的相关性。方法选取206例老年高血压患者为研究对象，采用健康行为自我效能量表和健康行为量表测量其自我效能和健康行为，分析两组的相关性。结果老年高血压患者的健康行为自我效能和健康行为得分分别为（66．24±13．95）分，（72．254-16．66）分，50％的患者处于高等水平，各个分量表中心理安适效能为最高；23．8％的患者健康行为处于中等水平，各个维度中营养层面最高，相对系数为76．5％，相对系数为52．9％；患者的自我效能和健康行为呈正相关（r=0．677，P〈0．01）；且健康行为和健康行为自我效能各个维度亦呈显著性正相关（P〈0．01）。结论制定有效的护理措施来提高老年高血压患者的自我效能，从而改善其健康行为，提高生活质量。

Relationship between health behaviour self-efficacy and health behavior of older hypertension patients

Objective To explore the relationship between health behavior and health behaviour selfefficacy of older hypertension patients. Methods Totals of 206 older hypertension patients were investigated with health behaviour self-efficacy scale and health behaviour scale and Pearson correlation analysis was used. Results The score of patients＇ health behaviour self-efficacy and health behavior was （ 66.24 ± 13.95 ） and （72.25 ± 16.66） ,respectively. 50% patients had a high level of health behavior self-efficacy, and the score of psychological comfort sub-scale was highest. 23.8% patients had a moderate level of health behaviour, and the score of nutrition dimension was highest. Health behaviour self-efficacy was positively correlated with health behavior （P 〈 0. 01 ）. ＂The relationship between dimensionalities of Health behaviour self-efficacy and that of Health behaviour was significantly positive （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions It is important to establish effective nursing measures to improve health behaviour self-efficacy of older hypertension patients, so as to improve their health behaviour and life quality.
