| 摘 要： | 目的评估在住院患者中实施优质护理服务的成效，拓展及健全优质护理服务体系。方法采用前后对照的方法，采用问卷在实施优质护理服务前后对住院患者进行护理满意情况调查。结果实施优质护理服务前患者满意度评分为（47．82±6．919）分，实施优质护理服务后患者满意度评分为（50．52±3．413）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=3．5，P〈0．05）。结论开展优质护理服务能够提高患者的满意度，促进护理工作的进步。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of high quality nusing care on inpatients in order to expand and improve the high quality nursing care systerm. Methods Patients were investigated with questionnaire about satisfaction before and after implemented high quality nusing care. Results the score of patients＇ satisfaction was （47.82±6. 919） and （50. 52±3. 413 ）, respectively, before and after implemented high quality nusing care, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Implementing the ＂high quality nursing care＂ can improve the patients＇ satisfaction and improve the relationship between patients and nursing. |
