PDCA循环在护理关键指标持续质量改进中的应用

目的探讨PDCA循环质量管理手段对护理关键指标持续质量改进的效果。方法将2009年应用终末质量管理控制手段进行质量管理的43581例患者作为对照组，2010年应用PDCA循环质量管理对护理质量进行改进的33983例患者作为观察组，比较两组护理质量。结果应用PDCA循环管理手段进行护理质量持续改进，患者跌倒／坠床、给药错误、非计划性拔管、压疮、患者走失／自杀的发生率合计为0．79％，低于对照组的1．18％，两者比较差异有统计学意义（x2=30．315，P=0．000）。结论PDCA循环管理能明显提高临床护理质量。

Application of PDCA circling management in the continuous quality improvement of nursing key indicators

Objective To investigate the effect of adopting PDCA circling management in the continuous quality improvement of nursing key indicators. Methods PDCA circling management was adopted to promote nursing quality in 2010 as observation group, while Terminal Quality Control was adopted as the control group in 2009. Some key indexes of nursing quality control were observed, such as the occurrence of patients with falling/falling down from the bed, administration mistake, non-planned extubation, bedsore, patients being lost/suicide. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of patients with falling/falling down from the bed, administration mistake, non-planned extubation, bedsore, patients being lost/suicide, needle stab in PDCA circling management group was decreased obviously, with significant difference （x2 = 30. 315, P = 0. 000）. Conclusions PDCA circling management can significantly improve clinical nursing quality.
