中医特色糖尿病健康教育在社区2型糖尿病管理中的应用

目的探讨中医特色糖尿病健康教育在社区2型糖尿病患者管理中的作用。方法选取慢性病门诊的120例2型糖尿病患者,进行强化中医特色糖尿病健康教育,评价健康教育对患者的影响。结果采用强化式中医特色糖尿病健康教育6个月后,患者糖尿病基本知识知晓情况及遵医行为、中医临床症状及糖尿病各项指标控制情况均优于健康教育前;其中患者对糖尿病并发症的知晓率从教育前的37．5％提高到教育后的75．8％,差异具有统计学意义（x2=35．9,P〈0．01）。患者症候积分从健康教育前的（26．88±9．73）分降低至（13．95±6．58）分,差异具有统计学意义（t=19．68,P〈0．01）。结论在社区卫生服务中心积极开展中医特色糖尿病健康教育能够有效地提升糖尿病患者对糖尿病的认知能力,更好地控制血糖,提高患者的生存质量。

Health education with characteristic of Chinese Traditional Medicine in community management role of type 2 diabetes

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education with Characteristic of Chinese Traditional Medicine in the management role of community diabetes. Methods Frome January 2010 to December 2010, 120 patients of chronic disease were selected in our hospital center to analyze the impact of intensive health education with Characteristic of Chinese Traditional Medicine on patients. Results After enhancement-type health education, several index were better than those before education, such as basic knowledge, compliance behavior, Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and the indicators of diabetes control. Awareness rate of complication of diabetes was significantly increased from 37.5% to 75.8% （X2 = 35.9, P 〈0. 01 ） ; symptom score was decreased from （ 26. 88 ±9.73 ） to （ 13.95 ±6. 58 ）, and the alteration was statistically significant （t = 19.68, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Diabetes education in community health service centers can effectively improve the health of diabetic patients in the cognitive abilities of diabetes, better control of blood sugar, and the patients＇ quality of life.
