摘    要:目的总结损伤控制外科(DCS)技术在腹部外科危急重症中的应用效果及护理重点。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月应用DCS救治的76例腹部外科危急重症患者的临床资料。护理重点:(1)第一阶段初始简化手术护理;(2)第二阶段复苏护理;(3)确定性手术护理。结果76例患者均经DCS治疗,重症监护病房复苏后,30例患者痊愈,42例接受再次确定性手术,共治愈72例(94.7%);再次确定性手术术后死亡4例(5.1%),原因与DCS无关。结论损伤控制性手术处理腹部外科危急重症效果好,DCS的合理应用及护理能有效降低危重患者术后并发症和病死率,以上护理措施是患者成功实施DCS的保证。

Abstract:Objective To summarize effect of application of Damage Controlled Surgery (DCS) in abdominal serious and key points in nursing. Methods We retrospectively reviewed clinical data of 76 patients treated by DCS from 2008.1 to 2010. 12. Key points of nursing: (l) first stage: nursing in simplifying surgery; (2) second stage: nursing in resuscitation ; ( 3 ) third stage : nursing in determining surgery. Results DCS was performed in all the 76 patients . Then 30 patients recovered and 42 patients underwent operations again. The cure rate was 94.7% (72/76). The mortality rate was 5.1% (4/76), which had nothing to do with DCS. Conclusions The effect of DCS surpasses the conventional operation in serious abdominal diseases. A reasonable application and nursing care of DCS can reduce patient' s postoperative complications and death rate. These nursing measures are assurance of putting DCS in action successfully for patients.
