动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

目的：观察及探讨动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2007年12月采用动力髋螺钉治疗股骨隆间骨折90例患者的临床资料和评定疗效。结果：随访8个月至48个月（平均18个月）患者80例，骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间5．4个月，髋关节活动功能80％（64／80）恢复到伤前水平，2例髋内翻畸形。动力髋螺钉无松动、移位或折断，已取出髋螺钉38例。结论：DHS手术内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折是一种理想的方法，手术创伤小，卧床时间短，骨折愈合快，肢体功能恢复好，髋内翻等并发症少，术中满意复位。正确固定和术后恰当的功能锻炼是取得良好疗效的关键。

Effect on Internal Dynamic Hip Screw Fixation Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect on internal dynamic hip screw fixation treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Method Retrospective analysis of the clinical effect on internal dynamic hip screw fixation treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures of 90 cases in our hospital from January, 2003 to December, 2007. Results Following up 80 cases of femoral intertrachanteric fracture patients from 8 months to 48 months (an average of 18 months), the fractures healed with an average of 5.4 months, and 80% (64 cases) of hip activities returned to pre-injury level except for 2 cases of hip varus deformity. No dynamic hip screws were loose, shifting or broken, and dynamic hip screws of 38 cases were already taken out. Conclusion DHS surgery in the treatment of femur fracture is an ideal method with characteristics of small surgical trauma, short bed time, fast fracture healing, quick physical function recovery, fewer complications such as hip inversion, and satisfied with the reduction in operation. Correct fixation and appropriate post-operation physical function exercises were the key to good effect.
