| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种新的大鼠肾移植模型。方法以SD大鼠作为供体,Wistar大鼠作为受体,采用支架导管连接固定代替血管吻合和输尿管膀胱瓣皮肤造瘘的方法建立大鼠肾移植模型。结果共施行大鼠肾移植30例,手术成功率为73.3%,受体存活5~10d,死亡原因有麻醉药过量、大出血、动静脉血栓形成。结论该技术简单实用,对成功建立肾移植模型及进行相关实验研究有应用价值。
