| 摘 要： | 本文应用角蛋白免疫细胞学定性及定量方法,观察了33例原发性肺癌。结果表明:角蛋白染色类型和强度与肺癌细胞的形态和类型有关。角蛋白含量在鳞状细胞癌细胞中较丰富,但与鳞状细胞癌的分化程度无明显相关性。

| Abstract: | Thirty three cases of lung carcinoma were studied by both qualitative and quantitative immunocytochemical techniques. The results showed that the staining patterns and density of keratin varied with different histological types and different cell appearances of lung carcinomas. Keratin was abundant in squamous carcinoma but less in adenocarcinoma. There was no obvious proportionship between the content of keratin and the degree of cell differentiation of the squamous carcinoma. |
