342例电视监视纤维喉镜下声带息肉小结摘除术结果分析

目的报告电视监视纤维喉镜下进行声带息肉,声带小结切除的疗效。方法在电视监视下应用光导纤维喉镜,以活检钳取声带息肉和声带小结。结果全部病例,痊愈328例(96％),好转14 例(5％),术后2周声音恢复正常,随访2-8个月,无一复发。结论电视监视纤维喉镜下行声带息肉,声带小结摘除术,疗效确切。安全经济,适应症广泛,值得临床推广使用。

Analysis 342 cases of extipating operation of vocal cords polypus and nodules under fibre laryngoscope with TV surveillance

Objective Report the TV watching fiber laryngoscope operation on the vocal cord polypi, introduce the curative effect of the excision. Methods Keep watching the use of optic fiber laryngoscope on TV screen, in order to check the operating pliers harmony with surroundings and take the vocal cord polypi and vocal cord tuber out satisfactorily. Results Among all of the cases, completely cured 328 (96%), turn for the better 14 (4%); two weeks after the operation, the voice of the cases recovered to normal; 2-8 months visit after the operation, no relapse found. Conclusion It is safe, effective and economic that TV watching fiber laryngoscope operation on vocal cord polypi, vocal cord tuber. Its adaptive syndrome is extensive, and is deserved to use expansively.
