Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods The clinical data of 25 cases of uterine scar pregnancy patients after cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnosis and treatment methods were observed.Results Of the 25 patients,the diagnosis was confirmed by transabdominal ultrasound in 8 cases,by vaginal ultrasound in 15 cases,and by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in 2 cases.For treatment,B-ultrasound-guided curettage was performed in 10 cases,of which 1 case underwent Foley catheter compression to stop bleeding,and 1 case underwent transabdominal debridement.Methotrexate(MTX)intramuscular injection treatment was performed in 9 cases,6 cases were cured,3 cases were converted to transabdominal debridement 6 cases were directly subjected to transabdominal debridement.Conclusion B-ultrasound is the main method for the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.MRI can assist in staging post-cesarean uterine scar pregnancy,and blood human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)can monitor the therapeutic effect.The treatment plan is individualized with good prognosis.
