Clinical effect of different ranges of hepatectomy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of different ranges of hepatectomy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods 120 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones were treated with hepatectomy(different ranges), and the clinical effect, residual stone rate, and complication rate of different ranges of hepatectomy were compared. Results The total effective rate of left hemihepatectomy 96.43%, which was higher than 74.58%, 75.00%, 76.19% of left lateral hepatectomy, right hemihepatectomy and segmental hepatectomy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The residual stone rate of left hemihepatectomy was 10.71%, which were lower than 49.15%, 41.67%, and 38.10% of left lateral hepatectomy,right hemihepatectomy and segmental hepatectomy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the complication rate of left hemihepatectomy, left lateral hepatectomy, right hemihepatectomy and segmental hepatectomy(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with left lateral hepatectomy,right hemihepatectomy and segmental hepatectomy, left hemihepatectomy is more effective in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones, which can effectively improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment and reduce the residual stone rate.
