Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of non-invasive positive-pressure mechanical ventilation on patients with acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute left heart failure were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 37 cases in each group.During the emergency treatment,the control group was treated with conventional comprehensive treatment measures,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive positive-pressure mechanical ventilation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and changes of blood gas indexespH,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.30%(36/37)in the observation group was significantly higher than 81.08%(30/37)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pH and PaO2 of the two groups were higher than that of this group before treatment,and PaCO2 was lower than that of this group before treatment;the pH value(7.38±0.13),PaO2(91.75±8.61)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)of the observation group were higher than(7.30±0.12)and(74.22±7.13)mm Hg of the control group,and the PaCO2(41.74±2.12)mm Hg was lower than(51.32±4.13)mm Hg of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute left heart failure,noninvasive positive-pressure mechanical ventilation on the basis of conventional drug therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and blood gas index,which is worthy of recommendation.
