阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁症状的效果观察

目的分析对精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者采用阿立哌唑进行治疗的临床效果。方法82例精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后3、6个月,两组HAMD评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率9.76%低于对照组的31.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分(22.44±2.11)分高于对照组的(17.31±2.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将阿立哌唑应用于精神分裂症后抑郁症状患者中治疗效果确切,值得推广。

Observation on the effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression.Methods A total of 82 patients with post-schizophrenia depression were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole.The Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score and quality of life scores before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the HAMD score of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 9.76%in the observation group was lower than 31.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(22.44±2.11)points,which was higher than(17.31±2.55)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole has definite therapeutic effect on patients with post-schizophrenia depression,and is worthy of promotion.
