Clinical effect of laparoscopic TVT uterine suspension in the treatment of uterine prolapse

Objective To study the application effect of laparoscopic Tension-free vaginal tape(TVT)uterine suspension in the treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods 64 patients with uterine prolapse were treated with laparoscopic TVT uterine suspension.The occurrence of clinical symptoms,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,and pelvic organ prolapse quantification system(POP-Q)before and after surgery were compared.Results The occurrence of clinical symptoms of patients after surgery was 95.31%,which was lower than 7.81%before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the SAS score(42.63±3.94)points and SDS score(46.25±3.24)points of patients were lower than(56.36±6.25)and(54.26±5.83)points before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no prolapse after surgery,the POP-Q staging was better than that before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=10.634,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic TVT uterine suspension for the treatment of uterine prolapse can reduce the clinical symptoms,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve patients'pelvic organ prolapse.It has clinical promotion value.
