Comparison of clinical effect of laparoscopic repair and open repair in the treatment of gastric perforation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair and open repair in the treatment of gastric perforation.Methods A total of 76 patients with gastric perforation were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 38 cases in each group.Open repair was performed in the control group,and laparoscopic repair was performed in the observation group.The surgical indicators,clinical indicators,surgical satisfaction,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds(12.37±3.28)h and anal exhaust time(59.12±6.34)h in the observation group were shorter than(26.41±7.84)and(84.25±10.74)h in the control group,and the surgical satisfaction score(89.36±15.37)points was higher than(68.29±10.23)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates 2.63% in the observation group was lower than 23.68% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic repair has good effect on patients with gastric perforation,which can improve the surgical indicators and clinical indicators,and improve patient satisfaction.
