普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特钠在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果

目的研究吸入用布地奈德混悬液(商品名:普米克令舒)联合孟鲁司特钠在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果。方法80例小儿支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组单独采用普米克令舒进行治疗,观察组采用普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。对比两组患儿的肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)]、不良反应发生率、免疫功能指标以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的FVC、FEV1、PEF水平分别为(3.32±0.69)L、(2.73±0.37)L、(190.45±22.32)L/min,均高于对照组的(2.27±0.54)L、(2.01±0.28)L、(171.83±21.48)L/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的不良反应发生率5.0%明显低于对照组的22.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的CD8⁺水平明显低于对照组,CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗总有效率90.00%明显高于对照组的67.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特钠在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中具有较好的应用效果,能够显著改善患儿的肺功能以及免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,从而提高治疗效果,值得临床研究和推广应用。

Application effect of Pulmicort Respules combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children

Objective To study the application effect of budesonide suspension for inhalation(trade name:Pulmicort Respules)combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pulmicort Respules alone,and the observation group was treated with Pulmicort Respules and montelukast sodium.Both groups were compared in terms of pulmonary function indicatorsforced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],incidence of adverse reactions,immune function indicators,and therapeutic effects.Results After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were(3.32±0.69)L,(2.73±0.37)L,and(190.45±22.32)L/min,which were higher than(2.27±0.54)L,(2.01±0.28)L,and(171.83±21.48)L/min in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.0%,which was significantly lower than 22.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD8⁺of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺were significantly higher than those of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 90.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 67.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmicort Respules combined with montelukast sodium has good application effect in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,which can significantly improve the lung function and immune function of children,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so as to improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical research and application.
