Effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium on acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium on acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment regimens,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,and the control group was treated with ceftazidime.The clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than 85.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.04%,which was lower than 6.12%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a significant effect on the improvement of condition and pulmonary function,and the drug safety is high,so the scheme is worth recommending.
