探讨不同手术方法治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果

目的分析不同手术方法治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法100例高血压脑出血患者,根据手术方案的不同分为对照组及观察组,每组50例。对照组选择传统大骨瓣开颅血肿清除术治疗,观察组选择微创颅内血肿清除术治疗。比较两组患者的手术相关指标,手术治疗效果,术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、重症加强护理病房(ICU)治疗时间、住院治疗时间分别为(64.67±5.28)min、(5.34±1.56)d、(20.40±2.52)d,短于对照组的(83.14±9.46)min、(7.79±1.25)d、(25.12±2.34)d,术中出血量(38.82±7.36)ml少于对照组的(92.27±10.87)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术治疗总有效率94.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率4.00%低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血具有手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后并发症发生率低,可加速术后康复速度等优势,情况允许时建议作为首选手术治疗方案。

Clinical effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical regimens,with 50 cases in each group.The control group chose traditional large bone flap craniotomy for hematoma removal,and the observation group chose minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal.The surgical related indicators,surgical effects,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,treatment time in intensive care unit(ICU),and hospitalization time of the observation group were(64.67±5.28)min,(5.34±1.56)d,and(20.40±2.52)d,which were shorter than(83.14±9.46)min,(7.79±1.25)d,and(25.12±2.34)d of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss(38.82±7.36)ml was less than(92.27±10.87)ml of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of surgical treatment of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rates 4.00%in the observation group was lower than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has the advantages of short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,low postoperative complication rates,and can speed up postoperative recovery.It is recommended as the preferred surgical treatment when circumstances permit.
