Observation on the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis

Objective To analyze the characteristics of endometriosis,and evaluate the clinical situation of laparoscopic surgery and drug combination therapy.Methods A total of 86 patients with endometriosis were divided into observation group and control group with a ratio of 1∶1,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with leuprolide on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and related indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate 95.34% of the observation group was higher than 79.06% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in the observation group were(93.30±8.50)pg/ml,(6.46±0.50)mIU/ml,(86.30±7.60)pg/ml,and(430.50±35.50)ng/ml,which were lower than(108.80±9.80)pg/ml,(7.35±0.70)mIU/ml,(112.60±9.60)pg/ml,and(529.02±40.50)ng/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of laparoscopic surgery,the auxiliary leuprorelin can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with endometriosis,and promote the improvement of endocrine hormones and serum index levels.
