Comparison of the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and laparoscopic-assisted vaginal myomectomy

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and laparoscopicassisted vaginal myomectomy, so as to provide support for guiding the clinical treatment of patients. Methods A total of 46 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 according to the random numerical table, with 23 cases in each group. Treatment group 1 was treated with laparoscopic-assisted vaginal myomectomy, and treatment group 2 was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy. The surgery-related indicators and postoperative complication were compared between the two groups. Results The uterine fibroids of the two groups were successfully removed after surgery. The operation time(82.61±8.44) min, anal exhaust time(18.46±2.25) h, and hospitalization time(5.72±1.35) d of treatment group 1 were shorter than(97.42±7.96) min,(25.57±2.33) h and(7.44±1.28) d of treatment group 2, and the intraoperative blood loss(75.95±5.39) ml was less than(89.52±5.41) ml of treatment group 2. All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate 17.39% of treatment 1 group was lower than 47.83% of treatment group 2, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with uterine fibroids, the overall therapeutic effect of laparoscopic vaginal myomectomy is better than that of laparoscopic myomectomy, which can further promote the recovery of patients and reduce the complication rates.
