| 摘 要： | 目的：调查宫腔镜围手术期抗菌药的使用情况。方法：对2006年我院微创中心收治的328例接受宫腔镜手术的患者围手术期的抗菌药使用情况进行回顾性调查，并作统计分析。结果：93．6％的患者宫腔镜围手术期预防性使用抗菌药，但存在选用的抗菌药起点高、用药时机不当、疗程长、联合用药不当等问题。结论：我院宫腔镜围手术期抗菌药的应用有待规范。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the status of antibiotics application during the perioperative period of hysteroscopy. Method： The way of retrospective survey was taken to investigate 328 patients during the perioperative period of hysteroscopy. Result： 93.6% of the cases used antibiotics prophylacticly, presenting such problems as superior choice of antibiotics, improper time of drug use and improper administration of combined drugs. The combined antibiotics were partly inappropriate. Conclusion： The antibiotics used by patients during perioperative period of hysteroscopy in our hospital should be standardized. |
