“阳生阴长,阳杀阴藏”与糖尿病新知

目前中医界视西医之"糖尿病"为古之"消渴症",并认为消渴病的根本病机是"阴津亏损,燥热内生",针对此病机,通常采用滋阴降火的原则治疗消渴病,但疗效并不尽如人意。结合《黄帝内经》"阳生阴长,阳杀阴藏"理论,可以看出此认识忽视了阴阳互根互生的特性,过于强调消渴病"阴虚"的一面,没看到"阴虚"实为"阳不生阴,阳不化阴"的另一面。

"Yang Growing and Yin Developping,Yang Killing and Yin Hidden" with Diabetes New Cognition

At present, Traditional Chinese medicine regard the ＂ diabetes＂ of western medicine as the ancient of ＂xiaoke Disease＂ , and consider the basic pathogenesis of Xiaoke disease is ＂ Yin deficiency＂ , usually adopt the principle of Nourishing Yin and lowering hot in treatment, but the effect is not satisfactory. Combined with the theory of ＂Yang growing and Yin developping, Yang killing and Yin hidden＂ from＂ HuangDi＇s Classic of internal Medicine＂ ,we can see this understanding can be seen ignoring the characteristics of alternating and rooting between yin and yang, too much emphasis on ＂yin deficiency＂ side of xiaoke disease, did not see ＂yin deficiency＂ reality is＂ Yang cant generate and vary yin＂ on the side.
