54例儿童单纯性血尿临床及病因分析

报告54例儿童单纯性血尿临床及病因分析,结果表明单纯性血尿在小儿同期住院的泌尿系统疾病中占9％,54例中29例明确诊断,其中尿路感染9例,肾结石2例,肾脏占位性病变2例,1例膀胱肿瘤,泌尿系畸型2例,高尿钙血症1例,急性肾小球肾炎4例,迁延性肾炎1例,IgA肾炎2例,25例原因不明。提示常规尿钙测定、B超、IVP、肾活检在单纯性血尿病因诊断中有重要意义。

The Clinical and Pathogenic Analysis of 54 Simple Haematuria Children

This article report 54 simple haematuria children and analyze the pathogeny. The result indicate that in the sameperiod .the percentage of the .simple haematuna children in the case of urinary diseases in patient is 9%. In the 54 cases,the diagnosis of 29 cases is clear.it includes 9 cases of urinary fract infection, 2 cases of calculus of kidney. 2 cases of kidney space occupying lesion, lease of tumor of urinary bladder, 2 cases of deformity of urinary system 1 case of hypercalcinuria .4 cases of acute glomerulonephifis, 1 case of persisting nephritis,2 cases of IgA nephritis .and the cause of 25 cases is not clear- It suggest that the routine examination of calcium in urine.B-ultrasound.IVP.renal biopsy are important in etiological diagnosis of the simple haematuna.
