| 摘 要： | １１８例食管良性肿瘤（ＥＢＴ）中，息肉３６例，血管瘤２７例，平滑肌瘤２５例，鳞状上皮乳头状瘤１２例，囊肿２例，黄色瘤１例，不明肿物１５例。作者认为ＥＢＴ并非罕见，内镜是诊断ＥＢＴ的主要手段，部份病人尚可通过内镜获得治愈。ＥＢＴ虽呈良性过程，但极少数可能复发或恶变，因此有必要行定期随访。

| Abstract: | One hundred and eighteen cases of esophageal benign tumors(EBT)included 36 cases of polyp,27 cases of hemangioma,25 cases of leiomyoma,12 cases of squamous cell papilloma and 18 cases of other tumors.We consider that endoscopy with biopsy is the main method for diagnosis of EBT,that many EBT can be treated effectively by endoscopy with adequate methods and that follow-up at regular intervals is necessary for the patients with EBT though the chance of malignant change is low. |
