抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关性血管炎研究进展

摘    要:抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关性血管炎的发病机制至今不明。近来的研究发现,针对蛋白酶3和髓过氧化物酶等胞浆成分的抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体与该类血管炎密切相关,抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体与中性粒细胞和单核细胞发生相互作用,导致白细胞活化,并黏附于血管内皮,释放活性氧中间体,导致内皮细胞损伤,最终引起血管的坏死性炎症。

Abstract:The pathogenesis of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)associated vasculitis re- mains unclear at present.However,recent studies demonstrated that autoantibodies against cytoplasmic anti- gens of proteinase 3(PR3)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)were closely associated with these vasculitic disorders. ANCA interacts with neutrophils and monocytes.Adherence of neutrophils and monocytes to the endothelium was followed by activation of these cells by ANCA.Activated neutrophils and monocytes released reactive oxygen intermediates,which lead to endothelial cell injury and eventually to necrotizing inflammation of small vessels.
