| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＧＳＴＭ１基因多态性与食管癌遗传易感性的可能关系。方法：采用ＰＣＲ法对正常人和食管癌患者基因组ＤＮＡ进行ＧＳＴＭ１基因分型：结果１０８例食管癌患者中６８例为ＧＳＴＭ１型；１１２例正常对照组标本中５５例为ＧＳＴＭ１型的。２组人群ＧＳＴＭ１基因缺失率有显著性差异。结论：ＧＳＴＭ１基因多态性与食管癌易感性相关，ＧＳＴＭ１基因型个体食管癌易感性增高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of glutathione S_transferase M1(GSTM1) and susceptibility to squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus.Method:The polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to the GSTM1 genotypes between the normals and the patients with esophageal cancer.Result:68 of 108 patients with esophageal cancer,and 55 of 112 normals were all GSTM1 nullification,but the rate of that in two groups had significant difference( P <0 05).Conclusion:There is a relationship between GSTM1 genetic polymorphisms and susceptibility to esophageal cancer,individuals with GSTM1 nullification had an increased risk of developing esophageal cancer. |
