摘    要:目的探讨缬沙坦对高脂血症兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)的影响。方法将30只雄性新西兰白兔随机均分为对照组、高脂血症组和缬沙坦治疗组,观察各组试验后血脂水平,以免疫组化法检测主动脉血管内皮血管细胞黏附分子(ICAM-1)的表达情况。结果试验后高脂血症组和缬沙坦治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)和ICAM-1水平均较对照组明显升高(P〈0.05);缬沙坦治疗组血清Tc,TG,LDL—C水平与高脂血症组比较,差异无显著性(P〉0.05),ICAM-1表达较高脂血症组明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论缬沙坦具有抗AS作用,其作用机制与抑制AS过程中的炎症反应密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of valsartan on atherosclerosis (AS) in rabbit model with hyperlipemia. Methods 30 male New Zealand albino rabbits were randomly divided into control group (10 cases),hyperlipemia group (10 cases) and valsartan group (10 cases). The blood-fat levels were observed in all groups after experiment, and the express of vascular cell adhension molecular (ICAM-1) in blood vessel endothelium of aorta was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results After experiment, the blood- fat levels of serum TC,TG, LDL-C in hyperlipemia group and valsartan group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05); there was no significant difference between hyperlipemia group and valsartan group(P〉 0. 05). The express of ICAM- 1 in hyperlipemia group and valsartan group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0. 05). In valsartan group it was significantly lower than that in hyperlipemia group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Valsartan has a role to oppose AS. The mechanism may be closely related to inhibit inflammation in the course of AS.
