| 摘 要： | 目的:测定粤西地区年龄相关性白内障(age-related cataract,ARC)患者晶状体核中11种元素含量,并探讨其与年龄的关系及有毒微量元素Cd和Pb之间的关系。方法:选取61名行囊外摘除术的ARC的连续病例,采用等离子体原子发射光谱法测定晶状体核中Ca、S、Ba、Co、Mg、Mn、P、Zn、Pb、Cd和Cu元素的含量。结果:全部晶状体核均含有Ca、S、Mg、P和Zn等元素,Ba、Co、Pb和Cu等元素存在于大多数晶状体核中,Cd和Mn仅存在于少数晶状体核中。11种元素含量均与中老年以上年龄的增加无相关性,提示该11种元素在中老年人晶状体核中的含量相对稳定。Cd和Pb呈负相关(r=-0.549,P=0.042)。结论:ARC患者的晶状体核中含有该11种元素,含量差别较大,与年龄的增加均无相关性。有毒微量元素Cd和Pb含量可能有负相关关系,两种元素的含量可能不会同时增加。
