子痫前期孕妇外周血辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤细胞的表达水平分析

目的:分析子痫前期(PE)孕妇外周血辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞表达水平。方法:选择近期住院确诊的PE妇女42例,入选对象均接受辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD+8、CD4+/CD8+、CD56+)检测,并与同期住院正常怀孕产妇(对照组,20例)的检测结果比较。结果:PE组血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD56+表达水平明显高于对照组,而CD8+表达水平则显著低于后者(P均<0.05~0.01)。结论:子痫前期孕妇外周血辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞的水平异常表达。

The expression of peripheral blood helper T cell and natural killer cell in preeclampsia women

Objective：To analyse expression level of PE blood helper T cell and natural killer cell in preeclampsia pregnant women.Methods：Continuous selected 42 PE pregnant women who deliveried in hopsital recently,the selected objects were all detected peripheral blood helper T cell（CD＋3、CD＋4、CD8^＋、CD＋4/ CD8^＋） and natural killer cell（CD＋56）,and compared with the same detect results of normal pregnant women（control group,20 women）.Results：PE group serum CD＋4、CD＋4/CD8^＋、CD＋56 expressions level were obviously higher than those in of control group,however expression level of CD8^＋ was obviously lower than that in the latter（P0.05～0.01）.Conclusion：PE pregnant women have both peripheral blood helper T cell and natural killer cell abnormal expression.
