提高医疗诚信关系的探讨

诚信是中华民族传统价值观的重要组成部分。作为一种调节和整合着人们相互之间利益关系的社会道德基础,诚信一直是社会契约精神的行为规范。医疗卫生工作是保障人民生命健康的重要事业,医疗卫生工作的诚信度除社会因素外主要由两个主体来体现,一是医疗机构;二是医务人员。而医务人员又是医疗诚信最直接、最主要的体现者。为提高医疗诚信关系,笔者从处理医院经济效益与社会效益;处理医疗服务运营中的特殊性;处理医疗服务的同步性和患者参与性;处理好医院社会服务目标和效益考核等四个方面来探讨医疗诚信关系的完善。

The Discuss about Improve the Health of the Relationship between Faith

Sincerity is an importantly component part of the Chinese traditional values. As a kind of the social ethical foundation to regulate and integrate the interests relation among people, Sincerity has always been a behavioural norm of the spirit of social contract. Medical work is an important cause to protect people＇s lives and health, the Sincerity degree of medicine work is mainly reflected by two subjects besides the social factor, one is health care institution and the other is the medical staff. But the medical staffis the most direct and main embodiment of the medical sincerity. In order to enhance the medical sincerity relations, the author explores the relationship between the improvement of medical sincerity from four aspects. To start with, dealing with the economic and social benefits of the hospital; Next, processing operations of the special nature of medical services; In addition, processing synchronization of medical services and patient participation; Finally, dealing with the hospital social service objectives and benefits.
