摘    要:目的 探讨血清血脂以及载脂蛋白浓度与乳腺癌分子分型及Ki-67表达水平的关系。方法 选取2012年1月至2017年5月乳腺癌术后且未行化学药物治疗(以下简称化疗)的患者143例,检测体内高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、胆固醇(cholesterol,TC)和载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,ApoB)、载脂蛋白A(apolipoprotein A,ApoA)及三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)浓度,并在乳腺癌的不同分子分型中进行对比。结果 HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、ApoA及TG在不同乳腺癌亚型患者间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ApoA在不同乳腺癌亚型患者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。LDL-C、TC及ApoB浓度与Ki-67表达水平呈正相关,HDL-C和Ki-67之间呈负相关,ApoB和TG及Ki-67表达无关。结论 乳腺癌的分子亚型不同,其血脂代谢也有差异,同时血脂浓度与Ki-67表达相关,高浓度的TC与LDL-C以及低浓度的HDL-C提示预后不良。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum lipid and molecular types, Ki-67 level of breast cancer. Methods Total of 143 breast cancer patients who underwent the surgery from January 2012 to May 2017 were enrolled. The level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), cholesterol (TC), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), apolipoprotein A (ApoA),and triglyceride (TG) were measured. The relationship between the above factors and the different molecular types of breast cancer was analyzed and discussed. Results The level of HDL-C, LDL-C, TC, ApoB and TG were significantly associated with different breast cancer subtypes (P<0.05). No significant difference of ApoA levels was observed in the different breast cancer subtypes (P>0.05). The levels of LDL-C, TC and ApoB were positively correlated with Ki-67 levels, while the levels of HDL-C was negatively correlated with Ki-67 level. However, The levels of ApoB and TG showed no relation with Ki-67 expression level. Conclusion Lipid metabolism is different in different breast cancer molecular subtypes. The serum lipid level is related to the expression level of Ki-67. High levels of TC and LDL-C and low level of HDL-C suggest poor prognosis in breast cancer.
