交济心肾法在妇科疾病中的应用

Application of Coordinating Heart and Kidney Method in Gynecological Disease

The heart and kidney regulate the female reproductive rhythm through dominating the opening and closing of uterus. Due to the female physiological nature of more qi and less blood as well as gynecological pathogenic factors,non-interaction between the heart and kidney becomes the most common pathogenesis of gynecological diseases. With the guidance of wholism conception,the method of coordinating the heart and kidney rebuilds the balance between heart yang and kidney yin by curing heart,kidney or the intermediary agent of heart and kidney. The article proposes coordinating heart and kidney is the core of regulating the female reproductive rhythm,with the heart as the dominant,complementary to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. It can be applied in the treatment of gynecological diseases such as infertility,ovarian failure and amenorrhea. Clinical proved cases were listed in the article.
