李克绍清透凉营法理论阐释与临床应用 |

摘 要: | 介绍李克绍教授清透凉营法主治证候病机与临床应用。在温热病发病过程中,温热邪气极易损伤阴血津液,故温热病后期,或多或少总会发生阴液损伤,这是清透凉营法主治证候之病机。具体而言,阴虚郁热是病机之本,风热外感则是发病原因,阴虚与郁热在温热病发病过程中相互联系,具有一定的演化机制。清透凉营法遵循治热以寒、虚则补之的治则,恰合《内经》热淫于内之治法。李老临证善用青蒿、白薇、玄参,三者配伍具有清热透达、益阴凉血、解毒散结之力,扶正达邪、预护其阴之优势。

Abstract: | To introduce the pathogenesis of syndromes which can be treated by the method of clearing heat and cooling ying system and the application of this method. In the pathogenic process of epidemic febrile disease,the blood and body fluid can be damaged by warm-heat pathogens easily. This is why yin deficiency will happen more or less in the late stage of epidemic febrile disease. It is also the pathogenesis of syndromes which can be treated by the method of clearing heat and cooling ying system. More specifically,yin deficiency with accumulated heat is the fundamental pathogenesis and attack of exogenous warm-heat pathogens is the cause of the disease. In the pathogenic process of epidemic febrile disease,yin deficiency and accumulated heat are linked to each other and their is a evolution mechanism between them. Following the therapeutic principles of treating heat with cold and treating deficiency by tonification,the method of clearing heat and cooling ying system matches the method in Huangdi's Internal Classic for treating exces sive heat in the internal. In clinical practice,Professor LI made good use of Qinghao(Artemisiae Annuae Herba),Baiwei(Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma),Xuanshen(Scrophulariae Radix),because compatibility application of the three medicines had the function of clearing heat from exterior,benefiting yin and cooling blood,removing toxic substance and dissipating mass. Reinforcing the healthy qi,eliminating the pathogenic factors and protecting yin in advance are the advantages of this compatibility. |
