| 摘 要： | 目的 观察尿激酶动静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法 对12例急性脑梗死患者进行动脉内尿激酶溶栓同时静脉滴注尿激酶，观察血管再通率、病变区TLM1分级及短期神经系统功能变化，并于发病时及溶栓后10～30d进行神经系统功能缺损评分对比。结果 9例患者血管再通，再通率75％，临床有效率80％，发生脑出血1例，死亡1例。结论 静脉滴注尿激酶有利于动脉溶栓的进行。动静脉联合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死有效，相对安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of combined intraarterial and intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase for acute cerebral infarctions. Methods 12 patients with acute cerebral infarctions were treated by intraarterial and intravenous using urokinase. Vessel recanalization rate and neurological deficit were evaluated after the procedure. Results The rate of recanalization after thrombolysis was 75 %, the clinical efficacy was 80%, cerebral hemorrhage occurred in 1 of the 12 patients and mortality in 1. Conclusion Combined intraarterial and intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase is a safe and effective measure for acute cerebral, intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase will facilitate intra- arterial thrombolysis. |
