| 摘 要： | 本课题围绕医患之间沟通的方式方法，以及引起医患矛盾认知差异的因素进行调研。通过对问卷结果分析，揭示了沟通是引起医患矛盾的主要原因，而接待恰是沟通最关键的环节。讨论了接待作为一门艺术的重要性。
