《中国病案》杂志被引分析研究

目的从文献引证的角度分析《中国病案》的文献计量指标,了解该刊的学术质量和水平。方法利用中国知识资源总库（CNKI）的＂中国引文数据库＂,对《中国病案》2000年-2008年被引文献进行计量分析和评价。结果各年总被引频次、即年指标和被引半衰期均呈上升趋势;影响因子领先于医学期刊;被引论文地区分布十分广泛,但主要集中在广东、北京、福建、江苏、河北等地区,被引论文作者多来自国家重点医药院校的附属医院和特大型医院;高影响力论文占被引用的论文较大,载文质量普遍较好。结论《中国病案》所载论文质量较高,能全面反映我国病案学领域的研究成果和最新研究进展,对相关专业具有较强的影响力,是代表我国病案学研究领域最高学术水平的核心期刊,是我国病案管理及相关学科最重要的信息源之一。

Citation Analysis of Papers Published in Chinese Medical Record

Objective To evaluate the academic quality and level of Chinese Medical Record through analyzing literature measuring index of the journal from condition of literature citation.Methods According to the Chinese Citation Database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,the cited papers published in the journal from 2000 to 2008 were quantitatively analyzed and evaluated.Results The total number of cited articles,immediate index and cited half-life showedan upward tendency;the impact factor was leading among medical journals.Cited articles had a wide distribution,but mainly in Guangdong,Beijing,Fujian,Jiangsu and Hebei,etc.Most authors of cited articles were from affiliated hospitals and extreme-large hospitals of state key medical colleges/universities.The proportion of cited articles with high impact was relatively higher,and published papers had a better quality generally.Conclusions Articles published in Chinese Medical Record showed relative high quality which could reflect research findings and the latest progress in medical records field in our country,and had a relative strong influence on related specialties.Furthermore,Chinese Medical Record is a core journal representing the highest academic level of medical records research field in our country as well as one of the most important information sources of medical records management and related disciplines.
