新形势下临床实践教学中的问题和对策

随着医学模式的转变,医疗法规的实施和医疗纠纷的递增,毕业生就业制度的改革和高等医学院校的招生规模的不断扩大,临床实践教学面临许多问题。针对各种问题应采取的对策:加强临床实习生的管理,在临床教学中引入激励机制,加强临床实践教学基地的规范化建设和管理,加大投入,制订相应法规和制度以保障临床实践教学。

Problems and Countermeasures of Clinical Practice Teaching under New Situation

With the change of medicine mode, the implement of series of regulation and the increasing of medical dispute year by year, reformation of the employment system of graduate and unbalance of the increasing enrollment of students, clinical practice teaching has met quite many problems. To coping with these problems, the paper proposed some countermeasures as strengthen management of clinic trainee, induct inspirit mechanism in clinic teaching , enhance standardization construction and management of clinic teaching base, increase normalizing the establishment and management of the clinical teaching units, increase teaching financing and establish related regulations to support clinic practice teaching.
