异丙酚麻醉诱导时对循环和呼吸的影响

目的 观察异丙酚全麻诱导时血流动力学和呼吸的影响情况。方法 选择病人40例,分为观察组(A组)和对照组(B组)两组。入室监测有创收缩压(SP)、舒张压(DP)、平均压(MP),以及心率(HR)、脉搏氧(SpO_2)、呼吸频率(R)、呼末二氧化碳(PEtCO_2)。全麻诱导时A组静注异丙酚2mg/kg,B组静注硫喷妥钠5mg/kg,分别记录静注后1,3,5min病人上述各指标变化值。结果 A组静注后各项指标明显下降,3min时SP,DP,MP,HR,RPP,R明显降低,尤其是心率与收缩压,与用药前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。B组用药后各指标有一定下降,3min后SP,HR下降较为明显,与用药前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。给药后A组与B组间同时点比较有明显差异(P

Effects of Propofl on Hemodynamics and Respiration in Geratics

Objective To observe the effects of propofl on hemodynamics and respiration in geratics. Methods To choose the paetient for forty case, were divided into two groups, observe group (A group) and control group (B gronp) with 20 case each; A group received propofl iv. 2 mg/kg, B group received thiopentone iv. 5 mg/kg. To observe after injection vein 1 min, 3 min, 5 min to change value on hemodynamics and respiration. Results Blood pressure and heart rate decreased most intensely in propofl group, especially being iv. after 3 min, respiratory rate, SpO2 decreased after iv. Imin. There were a little blood pressure and re-spitory rate decreased by B group.
