| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超对宫外孕的诊断价值.方法对1995年1月至2008年8月的294例宫外孕病例,采用超声诊断仪检查、分析,并获得超声诊断.结果超声检查的294例宫外孕患者,诊断符合278例,确诊率为94.6%;误诊16例,误诊率为5.4%.结论超声检查是一种无创性检查方法,为宫外孕患者的诊断及治疗提供了可靠的依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnositic value of B ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy.Methods From January 1995 to August 2004,294 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital received B ultrasound examination.The diagnostic results of B ultrasound were analyzed.Results Among the 294 cases of ectopic pregnancy,278 cases were diagnosed correctly,and the diagnostic rate was 94.6%,16 cases were misdiagnosed,and the misdiagnostic rate was 5.4%.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a noninvasive diagnostic method,and can provide reliable proof for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy. |
