多虑平对海洛因依赖者脱毒期与脱毒后近期的抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响

了解多虑平减轻或消除海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗期及脱毒后近期的焦虑、抑郁症状的效能。方法··:对一组海洛因依赖者美沙酮脱毒治疗期及脱毒治疗后近期合并使用多虑平治疗 (A组 ) ,与一单用美沙酮脱毒治疗组 (B组 )进行对照研究。使用汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)评定两组病人治疗前后的抑郁和焦虑程度。结果··:两组病人的抑郁和焦虑程度有显著性差异 (P<0.05 -0.01),即A组病人的抑郁和焦虑症状明显比B组轻。结论···:多虑平能明显缓解海洛因依赖者美沙酮脱毒期及脱毒后近期的抑郁、焦虑症状。

EFFECTS OF DOXEPINE ON DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY OF HEROIN ADDICTS DURING OR AFTER DETOXIFICATION

Objective: To understand the efficacy of doxepine on anxiety and depression of heroin addicts during and after detoxification.Method:A comparative study was carried out.The patients were divided into two groups (Group A and Group B)at random,Group A was treated with methadone and doxepine during and after detoxification,Group B was treated with methadone only.Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale were used to measure the degree of depression and anxiety of the patients before and after treatment.Result:There was significant difference between the two groups in the degree of depression and anxiety (P<0.05-0.01) with Groups A's depression and anxiety weaker than Group B's. Conclusion:Doxepine may relieve or eliminate depression and anxiety significantly during and shortly after detoxification with methadone.
