摘    要:目的研究Alzheimer病(AD)、轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者的氢质子磁共振波谱的改变,并与认知正常的老年志愿者(NC)进行比较.方法对AD组15例、MCI组20例及NC组20例患者行磁共振波谱成像,测定双侧海马、双侧颞顶叶联合区的NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr,mI/Cr.结果AD、MCI及NC 3组间海马的NAA/Cr有显著性差异(P<0.05),AD-NC、AD-MCI组间颞顶联合区NAA/Cr有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论磁共振波谱分析可发现AD、MCI患者海马及颞顶联合区的NAA/Cr,mI/Cr改变.

Abstract:Objective To investigate changes of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H MRS) in Alzheimer disease(AD) and mild cognitive impairment(MCI) in comparisonwith senior volunteers who have normal cognitive(NC). Methods MRS were administeredto 15 patients with AD, 20 patients with MCI, and 20 volunteers, determining NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr, and mI/Cr in bilateral hippocampi and temporoparietal regions. ResultsNAA/Cr and mI/Cr of bilateral hippocampi region in AD, MCI and NC weresignificantly different(P < 0.05); NAA/Cr of bilateral temporoparietal region weresignificantly different in AD-NC and AD-MCI pair comparisons (P < 0.05). ConclusionMRS can be used to detect changes of NAA/Cr and mI/Cr in hippocampi andtemporoparietal regions.
