| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析双期CT增强扫描对腮腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断特点。方法回顾性分析近5年资料完整、经手术病理证实的41例腮腺肿瘤患者的临床资料，在CT增强扫描的早期（30s）和延迟期（120s），对肿瘤实质部分行密度测量。结果41例腮腺占位病变中，良性肿瘤26例，恶性肿瘤15例。腮腺腺淋巴瘤早期病灶实质部分明显强化，延迟期下降；腮腺混合瘤和腮腺癌早期强化不及腮腺腺淋巴瘤明显，而延迟期强化增加，且混合瘤趋均匀。结论CT增强扫描有助于辨别肿瘤的良恶性，强化的形式对进一步分类更有意义。
