| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多谱勒高频超声对浅表部位神经鞘瘤的诊断价值。方法：采用高频探头直接检测6例肿块形态、大小、内部回声及其血流情况，并沿外周浅表神经干走行方向，追踪扫查肿块与周围神经干关系。结果：本组6例神经鞘瘤患者根据其声像图特征及肿块与神经关系，超声正确诊断5例，未定性1例。结论：高频彩色多谱勒超声对外周神经鞘瘤的诊断准确性较高，应为神经鞘瘤的首选影像检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound on peripheral neurilemoma.Methods:High frequency probe was used to detect directly the mass shape,size,internal echo and blood flow,the relationship of the mass to peripheral nerve trunk was traced along the trunk.Results:According to the sonogram features and the relationship of mass and nerve,diagnosis of 5 cases were confirmed to be right while one was not.Conclusion:High frequency color doppler ultrasound has more accurate diagnosis for peripheral neurilemoma.It should be the first choice for detecting and diagnosis. |
